About Tallahassee Septic Installation

We install septic systems for homeowners and builders in Tallahassee and the towns around it. The ground here is tricky and the rules change from one side of the county line to the other, so we keep the work simple: measure first, explain plainly, install to the permit.

✓ Licensed and insured. Many years in business serving the greater Tallahassee area.

A septic crew that talks like a neighbor

Nobody wants to think about a septic tank until it floods the yard. We would rather you think about it once, plan it well, and not think about it again for a long time.

We are licensed and insured, with many years in business serving the greater Tallahassee area. We work across Leon, Wakulla, Gadsden and Jefferson counties, and we know why a lot near Lake Munson is a different job than one near Lake Iamonia.

Our Mission

To install septic systems that work, pass inspection and protect the water your family and your neighbors drink. We do that by checking the site, following the rules and telling homeowners the truth about what their lot needs.

Our Vision

A Big Bend where every home on septic has a system that fits its ground, where springs like Wakulla stay clear, and where hiring a septic installer feels as easy as calling a friend who happens to know the soil.

Why local rules matter so much here

Leon County has a springs-protection zone, Wakulla County has its own nitrogen rules, and Gadsden and Jefferson counties have clay hills and growing towns. A one-size install does not fit.

State permits

DEP manages septic permitting in Leon, Wakulla, Gadsden, Jefferson and 12 other counties (Florida Health).

Springs rules

Lots of one acre or less in springs basins need nitrogen-reducing systems when sewer is not available (FDEP).

Ground that changes

The Cody Scarp splits clay-dominated hills to the north from a flat, sandy, karst plain to the south (FNAI).

About us: quick answers

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We are licensed and insured, and we have many years in business serving the greater Tallahassee area.

Which counties do you work in?

Leon, Wakulla, Gadsden and Jefferson counties. Each one has its own mix of soil, sewer and springs rules.

Do you install both conventional and nitrogen-reducing systems?

Yes. The right type depends on your lot size, your location and whether sewer is available. See our nitrogen-reducing systems page.

Will you pull the permit for me?

We work through the permit steps with you and prepare the site plan and paperwork. The state permitting office issues the permit. See the permit process guide.

What if sewer is available at my address?

Then connecting may be the first thing the state or county asks about. We will tell you honestly if sewer is the better path, and we handle septic abandonment when you connect.

How do I get a quote?
