Septic services: common questions
What is the first step for a new septic system?
A site and soil evaluation. It sets where the system can go and how big the drainfield has to be.
Do all of these services need a permit?
Installing, repairing, changing or closing a septic system needs a permit in Florida. Pumping alone does not.
Do you offer septic pumping?
Our focus is installation, replacement, drainfield work and sewer transitions. If you only need a pump-out, tell us and we will point you the right way.
Can you work on commercial properties?
Send the details through the contact form. Larger flows follow different sizing rules, so we look at each one separately.
Which county rules apply to me?
That depends on where your parcel sits. See the locations pages for county notes, or call (850) 750-6657.
