Who sees it

Your request goes to the septic contractor who serves your area. We do not sell your information. Form data is handled by our hosting provider, Netlify, and call tracking is handled by CallRail.

Your choices

Call (850) 750-6657 to ask us to correct or delete what you sent. You can also tell us to stop contacting you at any time.

Florida notes for septic customers

Septic permit applications and site plans are filed with the state. Records tied to your address, such as a permit or a recorded notice for an advanced treatment system, can become public records. Leon County's incentive program, for example, asks homeowners to record a notice about advanced treatment technology in the county's official records (county packet). If you share permit paperwork with us, we use it only to do the work you asked for.

DEP now manages septic permitting in Leon, Wakulla, Gadsden and Jefferson counties, among others (Florida Health). Rules and offices can change, so check with the state or your county for current requirements.
